Lauren Langenstein is an accomplished leader in fan engagement, partnerships, revenue generation, and event strategy — with nearly two decades of experience across sports, entertainment, and live events. She began her career in 2008 with the Charlotte Bobcats (now Hornets) in premium sales, laying the foundation for a lifelong passion for creating world-class experiences that connect fans, brands, and communities.


Lauren has managed everything from intimate, high-touch experiences to large-scale live events — spanning event management, production, operations, and sponsorship activations. Her hands-on background across every layer of live event execution has given her a unique perspective on how to blend creativity, logistics, and partnership strategy to deliver unforgettable moments.


She has led global initiatives that redefine how venues, leagues, and organizations engage with their audiences — building and scaling data-driven systems that capture the voice of the fan in real time, guiding technology vendors toward product-market fit, and developing go-to-market strategies that turn innovation into impact.


Her unique blend of operational expertise, partnership strategy, and fan-first thinking has made her a trusted voice and connector throughout the sports and entertainment ecosystem.
