Our Leadership

CEO & Co-Founder

With more than a decade of experience in fan engagement, partnerships, and real-time data strategy, Lauren has led i initiatives that transformed how venues, leagues, and organizations connect with their audiences. Their background includes working on global-scale events such as the Super Bowl, building scalable fan feedback systems, and advising on go-to-market strategies for technology vendors.

COO & Co-Founder

Having overseen operations and security planning for some of the largest venues and live events in the country — including multiple Super Bowls — Billy brings deep expertise in event logistics, risk management, and crowd flow. Their perspective from inside professional sports and major venue operations ensures that every recommendation we provide is grounded in real-world experience.

Our Story

For Entertainment Purposes Only (F.E.P.O.)

F.E.P.O. LLC was born out of years spent inside the very heart of live events — from stadium tunnels on game day to boardrooms where technology and strategy collide. Our founding partners built their careers on opposite but complementary sides of the industry: one focused on fan experience, partnerships, and data-driven engagement, and the other on venue operations, security, and event execution at the highest level.

Along the way, we worked some of the world’s most complex and visible events — including multiple Super Bowls — and saw first-hand the challenges venues, leagues, and vendors face. Fans expect more. Operations are under pressure. Technology companies are eager to break in but often miss the mark on what operators truly need.

We launched F.E.P.O. to bridge those gaps. To help organizations turn real-time data into smarter decisions. To advise vendors on how to become “must-have” solutions, not just another sales pitch. And to share the lessons we’ve learned from years of navigating sports, entertainment, and live events at scale.

At our core, we believe in collaboration, creativity, and integrity. We’re not here to produce events or sell products — we’re here to guide, advise, and partner with clients to make live experiences safer, smarter, and more memorable.
