Lauren (Magliocca) Langenstein

Lauren (Magliocca) Langenstein is the CEO & Founder of FEPO Services and a sports and live entertainment executive with nearly two decades of experience across fan experience, event operations, strategic partnerships, technology, and revenue growth.
Throughout her career, Lauren has worked alongside some of the industry’s largest teams, leagues, venues, and organizations and has supported major global sporting events, including the FIFA World Cup 2026 and the Super Bowl.
Her experience spans everything from large-scale event operations and fan engagement to partnerships, sponsorship, technology, and business strategy—giving her a unique understanding of how the many pieces of the live event ecosystem come together.
Lauren is known for connecting big-picture strategy with real-world execution, helping organizations improve the fan experience, strengthen operations, identify the right partners and technology, and turn ideas into measurable results.
Well respected in the industry, Lauren is a part of many organizations, including serving as a Distinguished Fellow with the Innovation Institute for Fan Experience (IIFX).
